In premium group,all bookmarks shared by all group members will be cached and also unlimited. Full-text search is also available for all members.Premium group features are available to all members as long as the owner pay for it.

As for the structure of groups, tags can be used for distinguish. We do not have plan to work on the list feature.

Having tested just now,the "Search in this group" function is working when enter tag names and also searching in "title,*tags*,annotations or url". There may be some delay.

I suggest you to use diigolet instead of diigo toolbar.Please uninstall diigo toolbar and install diigolet to see whether it

The IE platform is not very friendly for developers. It is hard for us to debug the problem. We have added it to our to-do list with lower priority.
