  Please right click on the menu bar to see whether you select "diigo toolbar" from the pop up menu.

  That is exactly what I tried to do. Only when I saw that diigo toolbar wasn't showing up there I raised this topic. Any other idea?

  Can you please tell us what other add-on have you installed? It may be was caused by the conflict with other add-on.

  You can use diigolet currently as an alternative.
