The tag "disruptaste12" returns no bookmarks when searched via diigo.com/tag/disruptaste12, but searching my own library finds the bookmarks. Any ideas why the tag does not work in global searches?

I probably should have used the term "public" instead of "global." The problem is this: A search for my bookmarks using the public tag "disruptaste12" returns no bookmarks when searched via diigo.com/tag/disruptaste12, but searching my own library (http://www.diigo.com/user/skipvia/disruptaste12) finds the bookmarks. Why doesn't the public tag return any results?

Isn't "disruptaste12" a public tag like any other tag? Why does a typical search for a public tag not return any results in this case? It doesn't seem like a special case of any kind. If I tag something with "education" I can find my tagged bookmarks with it. Why not with "disruptaste12"?
