It's page -specific. Frame page doesn't work well in general. The page uses html frameset which is not supported by the extension. Frameset cannot be easily supported by bookmarking tools. Because of usability and accessibility issues, frameset is removed in HTML5.
@Alexander Fedossov Were bookmarks associated with these tags saved to this group before they become private? We'd like to further look into this issue.
Even though it looks like a little bug,it needs to change quite a lot of codes to fix it. It will be fixed in a week. Thanks for your patience in advance!
We have rolled out this feature for a long time. It also caused some problems. There are lot of spam notes. We received a lot of requests to remove spam from specific webpage. Also, the frequency of using of this feature is really low,according to the database. So taking these factors into consideration, we will disable this feature step by step.
What's the browser you use? Do you use diigolet or diigo extension? If you use diigo extension for IE or FF,you can choose "hide public annotations" from the drop down menu when you click the diigo icon.
Can you please tell us some user scenarios where you need this feature? We are waiting for inputs from more users to evaluate the possibility to roll it out.
