There is no quick way in current version. We have a quick save feature in the next release, so you just do one click to copy a bookmark from a group.

Currently, If your friends signed up diigo with the email address you sent the invitation email, they become to your friends automatically.

We know this is not convenient. However, You can have much more freedom to add and invite friends in the next release.

Currently, no. Many web pages contain more than one rss post or more than one frames, so it's very complicated to recognize them, but keep a simple user interface/logic at the same time.

To meet your need, it's better to have an extra extension for google reader which can be developed by third party or by us when we have time.

Furthermore, as of this morning, when I try to use the toolbar to access my tags, all I get is a few lines including some advertising for "Mercedes Car Benz New Slr undefined" that looks suspiciously like spam.

I am sorry to miss your question. We fixed the bug.
Regarding to the acceptable tags, ideally,
1)you can insert any embedded tag characters, including some special characters such as $ # in the tag.
2) When you do a tag search, for example $investments, the search engine only search investments.
3) So if you only input $, it's not searchable.

After installing the gmail manager extension, I noticed the problem. Y, Diigo toolbar is conflicting with the Gmail manager extension. We will look into it later.
To work around, you can
1) Set the manager to log into your account automatically when FF starts.
2)Right click the strange "M", then choose your account.
3) Now, it worked.

It's a good idea to allow user to describe the bookmark with special language attributes.
However, for the existing bookmarks, are there anyway to identify the language attribute of each bookmark?
As far as I know, technically it's hard to know " Suche: in Dalai Lama ruft zu Organspenden auf" is Deutsch because every single letter is English letter. Anyone knows some good solution for this situation ?
