Sticky note and forwarding problems - 18 views

  I'm new to diigo. Everything seems to work except when I try to write something on a sticky or when I try to write a message with the forwarding feature. In both cases the problem is similar--I can't get my cursor to show up. Try as a I might I cannot get my cursor to drop in the spot where I'm supposed to write. I'm using firefox . . . is that the problem? The sticky pop-up definitely looks different from the one's I see on my friends' machines who are using Internet Explorer.

  Hi Kallison:
  We can't reproduce the problem you met. Perhaps some other extensions conflicted with Diigo toolbar. Could you do the steps in How to send your FF profile to help us debugging ?
