The problem sounds strange.
We can't reproduce the problem, because it depends on your FF environment. Could you send your FF profile to us by following instructions here:

Please also change your password to a temp one and give it to us. So we can use your account and your FF environment to reproduce the problem.

During this time, you can try the diigolet ( Diigolet ) to do bookmark and annotation.

We updated a new FF toolbar just now. It fixed/Improved the following issue
1. Version number bug
2. An additional great annoyance is the fact, that EVERY update of the Diigo Firefox Toolbar RESETS the position of the several single toolbar buttons, which I have spread over my Firefox navigation, most of them in the top toolbar. ======== >Now new toolbar will not reset your customization if you use FF2.0

It was due to index delay. When the new bookmark is added, the system will index it for later usage( tag search, fulltext search etc). Normally, after 1-2 minutes, you can click the tag and retrieve the new data.

Currently, you can use advanced search, then input red green in the tag field, input blue in the "without in anywhere" filed. It's not the same as the feature you proposed, but it may have the similar results.

"Import bookmarks" means create new bookmarks in diigo. So it keeps the order of del.icio.us's bookmark, but using the "Create time in diigo" as the timestamps.

Currently, we don't offer a "delete all" function. However, you can show 100 items per page, and delete 100 items at a time.

Diigo toolbar ==> Options ==> Input default QuickD tag.
In this case, you can write "week34" there and use QuickD to do bookmarks. Then, all your QuickD bookmarks will be tagged as "week34". Next week, you can change the default tag as "week35" etc.

It's strange. We never heard this kind of problems before. What's your Diigo IE toolbar version? What are other plugins you installed in your IE7 ? Try to uninstall diigo toolbar first, see whether you still have such problem.

How about we provide an option "Set QuickD as private by default". When this option is checked, all QuickD bookmarks are private. Then these bookmarks will not be presented when other people access your bookmark list.

If you are using FF, before you do anything else, please check: FF== > Tools == >Options == > Privacy == >History == >[Check box] Remember what I enter in the forms and search bar. If it is unchecked, you can check it and see whether the auto-suggestion feature works for you in the Edit filter box or Tag drop-down box.

Just sign-out your account, and sign-in again, the problem will be solved. We also suggest you to upgrade the latest toolbar.

In the edit filter, Who ===>My Tags ===> Leave it as empty , Choose "Retrieve as default". Then, every time you open FF, diigo toolbar will retrieve your latest bookmarks. If in the Tags filed, you input your tags, it will retrieve bookmarks under those tags.
