It works for me. I suspect some other extension/software cause the problem. Could you try diigo toolbar in a clean profile and see whether "Save and Send" works? Thanks!

Totally agree a simple "mark as read" or even an archive option of Mepco bill payment would really clean up that shared list. It gets cluttered fast if you're active on Diigo.
