I too have this problem. What the hell? I mean, isn't it essential to be able to bookmark the URL untrimmed?
It's great for accessing previous bookmarks, but doesn't allow you to add new ones. That's imperative for me.

Just confirmed this is fixed. Also, there was another (related?) problem you fixed: the counts next to the tags that were supposed to indicate the number of bookmarks were wildly off and not update...
