We'd like to look into the issue. Maybe diigo toolbar conflicts with some other extensions. Could you create a new Firefox profile, try diigo toolbar in it and tell us the result?

We will add an option to hide it.

BTW, there are some useful items under this menu, for example, smart unread bookmarks, recent bookmarks.

You can add a bookmark by one of the following methods,
1)Go to "My bookmark" page which is under "Home" menu and add a bookamrk there.
2) Use diigolet http://www.diigo.com/tools/diigolet to add bookmark.

Please update to the latest toolbar. You used the diigo v2 toolbar which is not supported.

Did you use FF3 pre1? It works in FF2 but not in FF3 pre1. We are looking into it.
