You can create a list at the list bar,which is located below the tag bar. Or, click on the drop down menu of "add to a list",you will find "create a list".

Solution found : I had to change the view. This is kinda weird.
Both counts. Since we calculate it via the single IP, it won't be counted repeatedly.

There's a service that does that. It's called ifttt.com. Basically, you set up tasks, like "starred Greader items to diigo" and it does it automatically.
