    Hi Nina,
Don't worry. We are upgrading our cache system. When it is ready, you can see all your caches. Hopefully, the new version will be released in 1 or 2 weeks.

    Thanks.

    Y. If you find the private bookmarks are not marked in diigo, please re-transfer them. We fixed a bug several days ago.

Sorry. There are too many feedback in my email inbox:( recently while we are making a new version. I will put more effort in the forum. BTW, if you see less activity in the forum, it means we are developing new features:)

Diigo doesn't record your history. The server need the URL information to decide several things
    1) Whether you have made highlights/Sticky notes on this page before, if yes, load them back.
    2) Whether the some group members have made highlight/sticky note on this page before, if yes, load them back.

However, you can go to Diigo toolbar ==>Small drop down menu beside Highlight button ==> See All annotation ==> Don't show annotation.

Toolbar will not send URL to the server in this case.

How about caching all web pages you bookmarked? You don't need to check the URL validation in this case.

Don't worry about your furl cache pages. We kept caches files for those who transferred bookmarks from furl to diigo and will dispatch them to your account after we release the new diigo version.

======> You can set "save bookmarks as private" in Diigo toolbar ==>Diigo button ==>Options ==>Bookmark and highlight tab

Automatically save bookmark to list ===> We still can't find enough use case for this feature. We'd like to know more about your case.

    > SUGGESTION #1: CONFIGURABLE DEFAULTS
    > The quick save option provides some of this capability, but doesn't provide enough flexibility. So extra steps are required to use the standard bookmar save button because DIIGO TOOLBAR DEFAULTS ARE NOT CONFIGURABLE. (This makes it more difficult (and less likely that users) take the time to properly tag and build the Diigo public / private database.)

======> You can set "save bookmarks as private" in Diigo toolbar ==>Diigo button ==>Options ==>Bookmark and highlight tab

    > SUGGESTION #2: DIIGO TOOLBAR IS MISSING A BOOKMARK STATUS INDICATOR.
    > When browsing to a page, shouldn't the Diigo toolbar somehow indicate that the current page being viewed has already been bookmarked by me? I know that this info (and more) is displayed in the Diigo sidebar "This URL" tab, but the sidebar is not usually open.
=========> If you already bookmark a page, the book icon besides Bookmark button will be changed to a red book icon.

    > SUGGESTION #3: BOOKMARK BUTTON USER SHOULD DISPLAY USERS PRIVATE TAGS
    > (I know they appear once you remember the first letter of the tags, but when multi-tagging, you still have to remember all the tags you want to apply.) I love the way the way all the recommended tags show up when clicking the Bookmarks button on the toolbar. It's a shame that above that (or below that) a list of "My Tags" does not show up the same maner. That way a user could easily visually click select his own relevant tags without having to remember them and type them in one by one. (Much easier to select an apply all tags that apply.

====> We make a compromise here. Display the recommended tags but don't display My tags. Normally, My tags number is very big and it's not easy to show them but keep a clean UI in a small bookmark window.

    > I also did notice that at times, the highlighting feature does not seem to always work in Firefox. I believe they save OK, but just don't always re-appear. HOWEVER... I'm led to believe that this issue has something to do with another totally unrelated plugin (non diigo) which is ultimately responsible for this.

===> If you experience this problem next time, please let me know the URL and the highlighted content.

    Thanks
