Hint: using v=p in the tail of the URL of a list presents an interesting alternative view, so for example

Example: you want to delete the tag 'bread' from only some of the bookmarks that have that tag.

Workaround:

1. find bookmarks with the tag 'bread'

2. select the bookmarks that should retain that tag

3. add a random unique tag 'x5576'

4. select all bookmarks tagged 'bread'

5. in your tag cloud, delete the tag 'bread'

6. change x5576 to bread

I sometimes want to replace only some instances of a tag (not all instances). This typically happens after I search my library then, in advanced view, select some (not all) of the results.

Results of filtering by tag are sorted by date of edition, reverse order

Bug (inconsistency)

The dates to the left of the bookmark are dates of addition.

Therefore, looking at the dates can be confusing (disorderly).

Who is Diigo team / employees / people ?

The view menu is present for
?type=bookmark
and for
?type=note

but when ?type=image

The absence of the menu, the absence of advanced view, probably explains why deleting images is counterintuitive.

Advanced view is possible when searching for an image without using the image filter.

Suggestion

Allow the view menu when using the image filter.

The view menu in a group does work as expected for moderators, e.g.
