change "replace tags" to "add tags" as default behavior (under more actions) - 38 views

  when selecting multiple links, and pressing "edit tags", the current default is that the new tag REPLACES all the tags of the selected links.
  so if you don't change it to "add these tags", you will loose all the individual tags that you saved for those URLs.
  
  I suggest that the default behavior will be changed to "add these tags"
