You can't, only Group/Forum owner... Option to edit is displayed at top right corner of the page (next to New Topis) - but I can't see it here (only on my own group).

I don't know if this could help but I was having the same problem. I restarted my iPhone and everything fixed magically. Perhaps it could be a cache issue or something related to temp files.
