I have found that if I run Firefox in Compatibility Mode of Windows XP, the filter is visible in the Diigo toolbar.

Hi Maggie I have accidentally resized the diigo pop up window when I moved the task bar. The system must have remembered the smaller size. Thanks :-)

The fix is simply to drag the bookmarking window until the tag field appears large enough. It seems to be a bug.
Thanks for the info. I have worked out that after I move the bookmarks around, I must close the browser and reopen it in order to see the changes in my filter folder on the toolbar.
