Have just updated to Firefox 4.0.1. Unfortunately my filter does not show in the diigo toolbar. If I go to add another filter, using the same list I get a message that I already have the filter. I have created another filter, but this too is not visible.
Did you drag and drop the icon to somewhere else? Can you please right click on the toolbar area, choose customize, then click restore default set? If the problem persists, can you please send some screenshots to info@diigo.com?
Thanks for the suggestion. I have restored the default set, but still the problem. If I go to add the filter again, I am informed that the filter is already present. But I can not see it! I will send an email.
I give up! I have tried to work out this problem, but I can not fix it. It has only happend since I update the Firefox 4.0.1 I should have stayed with the earlier version. The filter is visible however in Internet Explorer. But I prefer to use Firefox.
This issue must only be a problem with Firefox 4.0.1, on a computer with Windows Vista (my desktop computer). On my laptop, running Windows 7 and Firefox 4.0.1 the filter icon is showing in my Diigo toolbar.
If I go to Toolbar button on the Diigo toolbar, then select Toolbar Button Text Labels, then select an option, then Ok, then the Filter I have predefined shows on the Diigo toolbar. Everything works okay. However, when I close the Firefox browser and reopen it, the filter is not visible on the toolbar. How can I fix this problem?

Thanks for the reply. I have located the Profiles folder and there are several items contained within the folder. Do you want me to send you one particular file or the entire contents of the Profile folder?
Please send the profile in active use. You can open the file named "profiles.ini" and find out the profile name containing "default=1",which is also known as the profile in current use.
