Highlight and sticky notes work in permanent URL - they won't work in dynamic pages like pages in emails

We'd like to do a special group support for teachers signing up students. However, we won't be able to get to it in a few more weeks after we roll out our next release (our most pressing priority now.)

While it's not a simple comparison, since Diigo is the most feature-rich and complex system compared to all, performance indeed is something that we're keenly aware of and working to improve.

What would be helpful is to provide us with more data/ metrics - which areas you found particularly slow.

Yes - this will be offered in the brand new Diigo toolbars forthcoming in the next few weeks. Lots of powerful new features and improvements in usability to go along with our next website release. So, stay tuned.

"Only the Diigo dropdown menu appears" ==> do you mean right-click menu, or the Diigo button on the toolbar? Can you please elaborate more? Drop us an email with screenshot if possible (info at diigo dot com)

We tried both but all seems ok. Please advise your computer specs.

Meanwhile, you can try the diigolet - it does most of the basic Diigo functions.

Thanks for all your help. A new toolbar has been updated with these 3 files removed.

Please note: these files are not virus and will not affect your system in any way. These were extra files caused by W32/HLLP.Philis.ini that we detected internally and removed earlier. While we successfully removed the virus, some residual files weren't properly picked up during the cleanup. However, these 3 files do nothing and will not affect your system in any way. And again, please rest assured that the toolbar itself doesn't contain any virus.

We apologize for any inconvenience. We'd like to re-iterate that we do take our toolbar security (ie. no virus / spyware / spamware policy) seriously. Should you notice anything that we haven't, we'd really appreciate our community users' prompt reporting & assistance. Once again, thanks!

I see - currently we're working on the next generation toolbar with very nice tags support. Our current estimated time is a few more weeks. Please stay tuned.
