Xenoestrogens disrupt hormones, despite being very weak compared to estradiol.

Study finds that men exposed to BPA have lower androstenedione and free testosterone compared to those not exposed.  Also of note, SHBG is increased, which is what one would expect with xenoestrogen exposure.

salivary testosterone and DHEA using LC-MS/MS accuracy exceeds 98.5%.  Compare that with historical 50% resolution of pain with a hysterectomy.  There is no perfect test, but if accuracy exceeds 98%, you have  reliable test.
