Do they change their avatars or upload their avatars for the first time? This issue is maybe caused by the uncleared cache. Can you please clear the cache for testing?

We have removed this feature. How about using "private comment" as alternative? Comment is mostly used for scenarios to communicate with other users.

Premium users are entitled to post public sticky notes. We have noticed this bug and the fix is in the process. It will be fixed in a few days.
