    Hi all,

Since updating my Firefox I'm having huge problems with the Diigo toolbar. For example, none of the following will work:

    1. Delete bookmark
    2. Right click link -> 'Bookmark this link to Diigo' (nothing is populated)
    3. Recommended tags (spinner just goes around and round)

And more. However, when I bookmark a page to Diigo, it works just fine. It's almost like the extension can talk to Diigo, but the extension can't talk to the rest of the internet.

Any suggestions very welcome, by the way I am using Firefox Aurora 9.0a2 and Diigo 5.1.0.31.

    Thanks

Bump, has anyone else experienced this?

Are things all well now? All the problems can not be reproduced.

Many thanks for the reply, still no joy though unfortunately.

For example, if I right click on a URL and go 'bookmark this link to Diigo' the entire information is blank, including the URL and title, meaning it's basically completely useless.

I thought it was maybe because I'm behind a proxy here, but even local sites are not populated with any information. It's just not grabbing the information at all, even the URL and title which it should be able to get without the internet.

Again this is on Aurora 10.0a2

I am having the same problem, is there anything anyone has found to help? I can right click on the page and highlight, even, but as the first poster said, nothing populates when I right click, so I can't control what the extension does until I go back into my Diigo library. I'd love to go back to using Diigo to add pages to lists as I find them, instead of making take two or three times longer... It seems to work well in Chrome, but something is amiss with FF9 and FF10.

    @Joshua Johnson
Having tested on firefox 9.0.1 with diigo toolbar 5.1.0.32,it works fine for me. Can you please try to sign out and sign in again?

I signed out and signed in again, also removed and reinstalled; still having the same issues. Originally, clicking on the "bookmark this page to Diigo" option from a right click brought up a tiny window prompting an "ok" on the first use, but then it populated just fine. Now all I ever get is the "ok" prompt, no matte how many times I right click and select the bookmark to Diigo option.

Can you please try to create a new firefox profile for testing?
Here are some instruction about how to create new profile

After create a new profile, only install diigo as the add-on.

Sorry it took so long to respond, FF was having lots of issues, so I wiped it and started over fresh. Diigo bookmarking looked like normal and I loaded other extensions up and it stopped working again, so I was able to narrow it down to the compatibility extension, at leas that is the one I think was causing trouble. Smooth sailing, now! Thanks for your help.
