> I think this is a wonderful feature, neither simpy nor ma.gnolia would have my links if it weren't for this and I wouldn't switch over completely from del.icio.us either. You have done a great thing here with this feature, which otherwise works great. The thing with simpy is prbably a bug either in their API or in the way you are using it - I hope the latter because then you can just fix it!.... :-) ====> It is a bug in our end. We will fix it in Diigo V3.
> 2nd BTW: If I post simultaneously and then edit the tags using Diigo and save back, the edits don't appear in del.icio.us so you apparently only create and not update, which is a bit of a drag, but oh well... ====> We will consider this feature.
> 3rd BTW I do miss the feature of del.icio.us where it actually suggests tags that other people have used for something that was posted by other users, I think you could add this pretty easily and it would be helpful, I think... ===> This is implemented in the upcoming new toolbar.
In this case, you can zip-up entire folder except all bookmarks files ( from bookmarks-1.html to bookmarks-202.html).
> Should I just zip-up the entire folder or just send certain items? I used SnagIt 8 to get a shot of the folder contents as well as the report from Infolister addon. To add hyperlink, you need to add a bit html code. However, we will support easy hyperlink later. Demo link
Hi halbstein, This blog is not enabled XML-RPC which is needed for blog-this from other sites.
If you're hosting your own WordPress and have changed the "blog address" to be different from where you've actually installed the files (for example: the WordPress installation files are in http://kreativsinn.de/flexblog/wordpress/ but display at http://kreativsinn.de/flexblog/ ), you will need to make a small change to enable automatic posting to your blog.
To enable XML-RPC you'll need to copy your xmlrpc.php file and make one small change.
Assuming your wordpress install is in /flexblog/wordpress/ but displays at root ( /flexblog ): 1. Copy the xmlrpc.php file from /flexblog/wordpress/ to /flexblog 2. Open the xmlrpc.php that you just copied in a text edtior, and find the line that says include('./wp-config.php '); 3. Change that line to read: include('./wordpress/ wp-config.php');
Did you go to Options == > Bookmark and Highlight tab == > Bookmark Elsewhere === > Click Setup accounts. This will lead you to a web page where you can set your accounts in other sites. It works for me.
Furl didn't provide API, so the imports feature may not stable enough. To work around it: 1. Export furl bookmarks manually and import them in to your FF/IE bookmarks. 2. Use Diigo toolbar to import bookmarks in FF/IE into your diigo account
Actually, the list has some functionalities as folders. If the content of a list is getting big, the same thing could happen to folders. Could you clarify your request? Thanks.
If ClipClip allows you to export clips as standard FF/IE bookmarks, you can do the following steps to import them: 1) Export ClipClip into FF/IE 2) Use FF/IE toolbar to import bookmarks to diigo.
Thanks for choosing Diigo.

Hi fullness, I am sorry some features in V2 is not stable enough, that's why we are developing V3 which is much stable than V2. I checked my cache. It works fine on V3, but it doesn't work on V2. Don't worry, your data is safe. We will fix it soon. Please let me know if you want to try out the V3.
