Plus de 100 000 sites recensés en France et un volume de 37,7 milliards d'euros d'articles vendus en ligne : le e-commerce ne semble pas touché par la crise. Pourtant ce n'est pas l'avis de l'institut d'études économiques Xerfi, qui vient de publier un rapport sur le taux de croissance dans le secteur pour les années à venir. Il annonce en effet un ralentissement progressif de la croissance et même une stabilisation à partir de 2016.
