Due to begin at 7:00pm in the evening, the match began a little late but not due to late arrivals and technical problems that occur on the very last minute, but because of the photo session and warm-up activities of the two teams. Fair enough! Dressed up in black, 7 Continents Travel's team took one side of the pitch for warming up and planning while the Emenac team, dressed up in white, took the other side for that matter. Coin was tossed and Emenac decided to bat first. Under the captain Awais Gillani, the white shirted team began batting. Excitement was in the air and crowds were cheering on all the sides. The glow of the flood lights on the lush green grass made up for a clear and beautiful ambiance and luckily, Lahore's weather that day was also cool for April, which came to aid the players and the audiences. As the trend of outsourcing increased in the United States around a decade ago and the South Asian market began leading the business, the workforce in the country was sent into jeopardy. This is because where foreign vendors required visas to get into the United States to set up their offshore outsourcing models and make them to work, the local workforce here got deprived of what they should be paid, or at least, that is what most Americans think. The hottest news dominating the world of outsourcing these days is thus, whether or not more foreign workers will be allowed to work on the soils of the United States or not. A letter has been sent to the White House from the US Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with some South Asian companies which has demanded easing out the visa policy towards foreign workforce and outsourcers but nothing optimistic or pessimistic has been heard about it by far. Hence, suspense is high in the air. Read more.. http://news.emenac.com/xv/

Abdul Hafeez Sheikh tried to convince the American entrepreneur society to benefit from the opportunities that Pakistan offered at a recent seminar held at the UC Chamber of Commerce. He emphasized on the relations of the United States and Pakistan saying that the two nations will have to move beyond governmental resistances and pave ways for the wonderments that the private sector has to offer, to develop and hence, benefit both, American businessmen as well as Pakistan. He went on to say that the private sector in Pakistan had a great capability to make things work out above any governmental situation and increase the inflow of profits in both the countries. However, the experts have also claimed that IT outsourcing might not be the requirement of every business or firm and hence, serious discussion must be conducted before anyone goes on to take them up. Nevertheless, talking of the businesses that might need this service at any instant, they said that IT outsourcing not only helps business owners save time by handing over the daily tasks to a third party but also helps them save money as things can be done in lower costs this way rather than through in-house setups. Developers of PHP language came up and said that most websites today use PHP and that this language was highly in demand. They went on to say that the demand for this language was growing rapidly and that there was no validation for the numbers released by companies stating other languages to be more popular. However, reports have it that the language, Delphi, has been seen to losing place in the Top 10 languages since past eight years and that the graphs for the C languages were constantly rising but this report and all its figures remain challenged by various circles in the world of technology. The report stated that since it is not so easy to change and replace the entire code base to a new language and so, the changes were slow but they were taking place and constantly going as such. The bill says that the using of taxpayers' money by USAID to develop overseas personnel and have them trained to be recruited by American companies that are looking to outsource call centers or other departments in other countries such as Sri Lanka and the Philippines. Tim Bishop said that his bill will put a strict ban on this activity of USAID or and also restrict it in providing funds to any American business that plans to go for outsourcing. He said that "outsourcing is a job killer, and this explicit prohibition on any aid program that makes it easier to send American jobs overseas is long overdue. I made the case to the appropriations committee that this language was necessary to ensure once and for all that American taxpayers are not supporting outsourcing."
