We have decided to start using this online service as part of the online toolkit for our French courses. While some of its functions may be found in CMS systems and others in more narrowly focused website (i.e., VoiceThread), Schoolshape does so, so much more. In particular it duplicates or even surpasses the capabilities of traditional language lab software. The big differences are 1) its price (more than 1/10 the cost in our case), 2) greater flexibility in terms of use and format support and 3) user friendliness. Evernote is currently my favorite service for note-taking and bookmarking. I have Evernote installed on my iPad, my Android Tablets, my phone, my computers, and I have the Evernote web clipper installed in all of my browsers. Because of Evernote's versatility I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good note-taking and bookmarking tool. One question that I often hear from first-time Evernote users is, there's so many options, where do I start? Make Use Of has just released a new guide that will answer that question and many more.

This is a superb site for creating mobile browser apps online. The builder is quick and easy to use with lots of functions to include. Actually the site contains audio books for everyone (including children). Great resource.
