Madrid, Spain: The World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), the United Nations agency responsible for travel and tourism, has released a figure of 1 billion identifying the travelers and tourists who have visited foreign lands in 2012. This, according to UNWTO, is a record breaking number and has remained highly encouraging for the tourism industry.

While the world is gradually recovering from the affects of one of the worst economic crises ever to have struck in the past 50 years, the demand for finance and accounting outsourcing is growing by the day. The trend for these services has seen quite a turbulent graph since the past few years but as of 2011 and 2012, their demand can be said to be considerable. Even though this game of outsourcing is generally considered to be suitable for the larger businesses, in today's situation, it can be said to be good enough for smaller ones too.

Nonmonetary incentives are being largely used to increase employee motivation towards the job since the great economic turndown that was seen globally in 2007. While the effects of the economic crises are still there in 2012, employers are finding ways to increase employee motivation and hence, better the performance whilst lowering investments costs and for this, nonmonetary incentives are being largely promoted because they have proven to be pretty successful for that matter. Much has been done to make things better and a lot is still being done around the world to get that much needed uplift from the economic turndown. Not only businesses but the whole economies are trying to escape the effects of the unwanted situation bust still, five years on, tries and strategies are underway and nothing has shown very appreciable results. Promotion of nonmonetary incentives however, has done little to make things better, but even this strategy needs much planning and management.

The growth will not only add billions of dollars to the profits but also generate employment considerably.

As of early 2012, a report released by Asian Development Bank has said that the most effective ways to eliminate poverty is focusing on and setting up industry and manufacturing plants, as supplements to the Business Process Outsourcing because the BPO industry alone, has not been able to create sufficient jobs for the Filipino populace.
