Testosterone therapy, thrombosis, thrombophilia, ... [Metabolism. 2014] - PubMed - NCBI - 0 views

Only abstract available here.  I can't find the full print.  For some, there is inherent thrombosis risk with Testosterone. HOWEVER, it is due to metabolism of Testosterone i.e. aromatase activity, and to supra physiologic dosing that is prevalent through the medical community.  For those with pre-existing cardiovascular disease, a full biochemical evaluation of cardiovascular risk must be undertaken prior to the initiation of Testosterone therapy.

published ahead of print.  The authors conclude that the Testosterone therapy in hypogonadal men with cirrhosis requires further study.  They, the authors, state that the risk of Testosterone and hepatocellular carcinoma is overstated.  This risk is associated with oral Testosterone replacement and thus in that light is not overstated.  The majority of treatment strategies today employ none oral routes of administration which would support their statement.

I love this abstract.  I am going to try and find the full print.  As it relates to metabolic dysfunction, elevated Testosterone provides a similar functional picture in women as low Testosterone does in men.

In this article, we will explore the different types of computer hardware and their functions. What is Computer Hardware Computer hardware refers to the physical components of a computer system. It includes all the components that can be touched, seen, and used to interact with a computer, such as the monitor, keyboard, and mouse. Hardware is different from computer software, which refers to the programs and applications that run on a computer system. History of Computer Hardware The history of computer hardware dates back to the 1820s when Charles Babbage, an English mathematician, and inventor, designed the first analytical engine, which was considered to be the first mechanical computer. With time, more complex electronic computers were developed, including the first Intel microprocessor in 1971. Since then, computer hardware has continued to evolve, becoming

Testosterone reduced pain perception in hypogonadism | Endocrine Today - 0 views

Study finds that men with opiated induced low T have improvement in pain with Testosterone therapy.  Opiates are one of the many causes of low Testosterone (see my book Man Boob Nation).  Low T has been associated with increase inflammation in men.  Thus a normalization of Testosterone would provide anti-inflammatory effects.
