I am a kidney failure patient with only 25% of kidney function. Is it too late for me to take Micr-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy ? In fact, as long as you still have urine, you can take this kind of medicine, it can help to improve your kidney function gradually.
It is known that dialysis is the most common ways to treat kidney failure, but what if the patient don't want to take it or can not take it ? Are there any other treatment besides dialysis for kidney failure with 15% kidney function ?
low Testosterone is associated with kidney stones in men through increased Metabolic Syndrome. Better stated, low T is associated with metabolic syndrome and this metabolic dysfunction increased the findings of kidney stones in men.
Not clear in its association here, but lower Testosterone was associated with increased mortality in men with chronic kidney disease not on dialysis. This was found in the 2nd lowest quintile only. What the authors did find was that diabetes and increasing BMI are were associated with increasing incidence of low T. This studies definition of low Testosterone was <350 ng/dl. This differs from other definitions.
Interesting animal study found that diabetic animals associated with increased aromatase expression in adrenal cortex, kidneys, and other tissue, androgen receptors were decreased in adrenal glands, and ER-alpha expression in the kidneys was increased by 159%.
Serum ferritin levels correlate with total body iron storage and systemic inflammation
The level of serum ferritin, an acute phase protein, is increased in an inflammatory environment
Previous studies have reported that elevated serum ferritin levels are associated with insulin resistance syndrome, hypertension, dyslipidemia, obesity, and metabolic syndrome as risk factors of CKD
elevated serum ferritin levels in hemodialysis patients predict higher mortality
Dr. T S Kler Best cardiologist Delhi uses x-ray imaging, known as angiography, to determine which arteries have the most intense blockages, and inject a fluid referred to the as iodinated evaluation into the bloodstream to make the blockages seen on x-ray. That fluid is toxic, and high-risk agencies could have kidney issues as an end result.

Creatinine 1.7 in Chronic kidney disease is it possible to reverse it ? As we all know there are many factors can induce creatinine level goes high, but no matter what causes, creatinine 1.7 can be reversed with timely treatment.
good review of renal homeostasis of Mg, Ca, and Phosphate. Of interesting note: magnesium is required as a cofactor for 1alpha-hydroxylase to aid 25 OH vitamin D to the most active 1,25 vitamin D in the kidneys.
This study proposes that testosterone therapy aids in renal dysfunction in men. However, they document that IL-6 and TNF-alpha and oxidative stress are a part of this process. What they fail to mention is that aromatase activity and conversion of T to E in men increases IL-6 and TNF-alpha. Studies have also shown that T decreases TNF-alpha. Very likely, it is high aromatase activity causing the effects documented by this study.
