我认为对教师期望中的四个途径（接受、反馈、输入、输出）还要在提纲中进行细化，这样我们反思时更有指导性，因为现在我们对这四个途径还不是很理解。

教师的直接影响较多时，会导致学生参与的不足；教师间接影响较多时，学生的参与就更多。因此，教师应该更多地对学生施加间接影响，多提问少讲授，要用更多的接受和表扬来激励学生，在教学中要充分的考虑学生所表达的想法和感情。
