On the Heroes of Newerth forums, a player asked: "Could you show me a few games that you have developed? A link or two maybe? I'm not asking you this with any reference to this thread, I want to learn game development and so I want a starting point." Since I am one of the Heroes of Newerth programmers, others might be interested in how I got to this point. Here are the steps I followed.
