    I enjoyed reading this article because it provides some great information on how students can use mobile devices to enhance their own learning. With mobile devices, students can find their own answers and learn at their own pace. The classroom can become more student-centered. The students are no longer tied to desks while the teacher stands in the front lecturing. The students can work closely in groups throughout the classroom collaborating on projects. The teacher can walk around the classroom to answer questions, assist students, and remediate, if needed. The students are more engaged and, therefore, retain more information. The teacher will simply draft a technology blueprint that follows the school's lesson plan directive. The concept seems freeing for everyone.

She also uses Google Docs. WIth over 200 students, they help her keep organized. There are many benefits: students can work at their own pace, grading is efficient, templates are easily designed, the sharing of documents, opportunity for collaboration, and voice-to-text writing abilities. Cloud-based tools improve the learning environment.

    The article explains how a teacher's decision to go paperless affected the learning process of her students and her performance and organization as a teacher. Using Google Classroom made the grading process easier for her because she did not have to fight with "unreadable" handwriting anymore. She was able to grade the assignments from any device or computer without having to carry tons of paper around. And she was able improve her classroom's organization by keeping track of her students assignments in the cloud. This allowed her to view, grade, and comment on their assignments without damaging or losing them. For the students, it was beneficial as well because it gave them independence and ownership over their own learning. They were also able to work at their own time and space. Google Classroom proved to be beneficial for both the students and the teacher.

    I very much enjoyed this article because it challenges the idea of separate but equal in terms of education. Wealth should not determine the quality of one's education yet stories of underprivileged youth receiving little to no education within the poor cities and their dysfunctional school systems is all to common. It is often swept under the rug the amount of injustice and inequality served to poor and marginalized people in our society and i applaud this article for attacking the politics behind it.

    As time goes on we will see less and less paper in the classroom. OneNote is a digital three-ring binder. This program is used as a way of interaction between teachers and students. OneNote has three different sections which are collaboration space, content library and the student's private space. Taking advantage of the new technological advances is good because the more you know of a program, the more efficient you will be able to be.

The impact that it would have on the environment and on student's learning abilities is something that needs to happen.     Project ReimaginED is based of of Sarah Winchester's idea for her eighth grade students workshop which allowed students to comment and grade each others works anonymously. This was a great idea and could be a tremendous help to anyone need a technological helper in their creative writing class or if the class is new and not comfortable with each other yet. Project ReImaginED is a contest for teachers to show off their ways of infusing technology into their classrooms in order to win. Winchester's idea allowed the students to express their ideas without having to share their identity so some may be more inclined to say more than the usual, "It was nice. I liked it." When they have to workshop their peers. Project ReimaginED "allows teachers to see what their peers have already or plan to implement in their classrooms and encourages teachers to try technologies in ways they have never imagined." It does not say what the prize is for winning.

    This is a good example of how a teacher used technology and tech tools to not only teach her students but coincide with the common core curriculum. Her tip is to use an assignment that her students can use to complete as a grade as well as understanding and focusing on analytical thinking, decoding a document, and being able to explain a math problem.

    This is an insightful article. Teachers do not want to spend 80% of their day teaching common core lessons. Since their administrators force them to do so, they spend less time reading about new and exciting facts they could be sharing about broader subjects. To sum it up I believe teachers are being pulled from learning more to teach robotic lessons.

    I thought this was a great article. There have been a lot of research on this game that suggests it's a really great learning game. It helps kids to use their imagination as well and critical thinking and math skills. Incorporating this into the school would be a great idea as this is something kids are very enthusiastic about and are comfortable with.

    I enjoyed this article, i feel it would be a good idea to at least give it a try. Minecraft is a game that I have heard of an my best friends elementary school aged children play. I think it would be a good idea , the game helps kids use skills they need like critical thinking and problem solving. They also build things, use their math skills, and are using their imagination all while incorporating technology.

    Replace rows of desks and lectures at your school with active learning spaces where students are collaborative, classrooms are comfortable and teachers inspire creativity and deep content knowledge. Also, take the lesson outside. Technology is portable so take advantage of it. Incorporate technology into the lesson and then bring it outside for a different environment of learning that students will be really excited about!
