This move away from "eyeball management," and the resulting clearer definition of employee job responsibilities, is one of the major contributing factors to the improved productivity normally experienced with virtual teams.     We've been "Scratching" for a while, and I'm curious if they compared Scratch 1.4 or 2.0, the Web-based version now out, which my students like better than the original. There are classroom management elements coming for Scratch in the near future, but I did find that there were a few more interesting controls in Tynker, particularly the "physics" blocks.... If it gets kids coding, its all good :)
