Recruitment consultancy is the way of leading job seekers into the right place where they can settle and make up their career. This companies that offer this service stay in touch with their client businesses and on demand, help them find an employee to fill up a vacancy. While the recruitment companies remain in contact with job seekers as well as employers, they work mostly on demand. Whenever they get an application from a job seeker, it is kept safe and when an employer calls notifying a vacancy, the appropriate applicant is contacted. Joining a new company or starting off with a job seems to be the end of a challenge as finding a desired job and then getting it a task, big enough. However, a sigh of relief taken after getting a job should not mean end of all the hard work and tension that life had to bring. Today, job hunting can be a fairly difficult task. In order to know why, one needs to know the situation out there and find out the statistical records of today's era. It is known to all that since the global economic crises struck the world in 2007, things have never been very good. Bureau of Labor Statistics has recently found out in a research that at present, around 14 million people in the world are jobless and this number is twice as much as it was back in the December of 2007 when the crises had begun. Even though the number of jobless people has fallen to 9%, it still remains high compared to historical records.

New York City, United States: The re-election of President Obama is expected to bring in a healthcare law that will include running the tasks related to this field in a more organized way. Of course, when this will be implemented, for various reasons, customer support services will have to be started too.

While the corporate scenario is not so good when it comes to hiring of college graduates, this year the hiring is expected to be more than 10% better than the last year. However, since things have been gravely bad, the situation is still not very good but at least, something positive is being seen. This is also bringing hope for bettering situation in future.

Washington D.C., United States: President Barack Obama and Mitt Romney once again, come face to face clashing over their beliefs on outsourcing and the American economy. While Obama maintained his stance of stopping to outsource, Romney stood firm on the point that loss of jobs in the United States was not due to outsourcing but due to manufacturing jobs given to other countries.

Nonmonetary incentives are being largely used to increase employee motivation towards the job since the great economic turndown that was seen globally in 2007. While the effects of the economic crises are still there in 2012, employers are finding ways to increase employee motivation and hence, better the performance whilst lowering investments costs and for this, nonmonetary incentives are being largely promoted because they have proven to be pretty successful for that matter. Much has been done to make things better and a lot is still being done around the world to get that much needed uplift from the economic turndown. Not only businesses but the whole economies are trying to escape the effects of the unwanted situation bust still, five years on, tries and strategies are underway and nothing has shown very appreciable results. Promotion of nonmonetary incentives however, has done little to make things better, but even this strategy needs much planning and management.

Workers from various departments and walks of life have come out to express concerns about their jobs as outsourcing continues in the region at large. With massive plans for outsourcing taking shape, many Canadians worry that they might be left jobless.

Massachusetts, United States: several protestors in the city of Attleboro came out onto the streets to protest against increasing outsourcing to other parts of the world. Americans have been protesting against outsourcing since quite some time now but the final blow to the patience of the residents of Attleboro was the outsourcing of numerous technology related jobs to China.

As of early 2012, a report released by Asian Development Bank has said that the most effective ways to eliminate poverty is focusing on and setting up industry and manufacturing plants, as supplements to the Business Process Outsourcing because the BPO industry alone, has not been able to create sufficient jobs for the Filipino populace.

Sydney, Australia: with the budget cutbacks and constant failing of shared services, the government agencies are now taking inspiration from the private sector and moving towards outsourcing finance jobs. However, a debate has stated in the state of New South Wales and while one party is supporting the strategy of outsourcing, the other one adheres to the idea of going high-tech for financial roles.
