Emenac Incorporated on 20 Nov 12Nonmonetary incentives are being largely used to increase employee motivation towards the job since the great economic turndown that was seen globally in 2007. While the effects of the economic crises are still there in 2012, employers are finding ways to increase employee motivation and hence, better the performance whilst lowering investments costs and for this, nonmonetary incentives are being largely promoted because they have proven to be pretty successful for that matter. Much has been done to make things better and a lot is still being done around the world to get that much needed uplift from the economic turndown.
