Thingiverse is a repository of 3D models, usually intended for 3D printing, that are completely free to download and print if you have a 3D printer. In daily life, if you don't know how to 3D model but need a household object like a door hook, you can search "door hook" and 3D print it out instead of buying one. Any 3D designer or artist can upload their file for everyone to access.

3D Pens are pens that extrude liquid plastic which hardens upon extrusion. As opposed to 2D pens that can draw on paper, 3D pens can draw on the air. It's basically a 3D printer's print head without the more expensive assembly for computer control.

Oh also, a note on booking shows -- for the best chance of a successful booking, it's best to have a show already lined up, so like 3-4 bands who are ready to play. It's also best to plan it at least a month in advance. Shows can be done on shorter notice, but there's a much better chance if there aren't many shows planned in the month you want your event to be.

The Oregon Voice is the best completely student-run magazine on campus because it is the only completely student-run magazine on campus. We get to print what we want and that's what makes it cool. The Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art, in conjunction with Cinema Pacific, presents "Hunting Requires Optimism" and "Medusa Smack," two video installations by Portland-based artist Vanessa Renwick. On view from April 25 to June 29, 2014, and made possible by a JSMA Academic Support Grant, Renwick's installations address serious issues related to our environment in often humorous ways.

Artists Giving Hope is a non-profit organization encouraging artists to come together to inspire people to act with compassion and kindness, regardless of race, gender, sexuality or beliefs. Gina Ayers Signore is a professional artist and photographer who creates images using a variety of mediums, including acrylic collage painting, sculpture and digital photography. Gina combines her artistic sensibilities with her affinity and passion for nature to produce unique perspectives in both her fine art and photography. She displays her work in regional galleries and has been selected in numerous juried art shows. The archival fine art photographs have been altered using photoshop software, acrylic paints, water color and color pencils. Collage paintings are made of acrylic paint on arches print paper and take months to complete.

A mapping by 1024 Architecture, projected on the facade of former Lyrical theater the "Celestins". The building deformations and figures were controlled by the audience, using a microphone and an audio analysis algorythm.
