Wildflower & Music Festival is located at Mount Pisgah,Eugene, Oregon. The festival is loaded with fun things to do for everyone in the family. There is three to four hundred species of wildflowers on display as well there is music, food, crafts, and microscopes.

Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) is a music festival held in the Spring, Summer, and Fall months in the United States. This year the biggest festival is located in Vegas! EDC includes a variety of artists. However, EDC mostly displays Dj's who remix a variety of different music types.

I attended EDC Vegas last summer, it was hands-down the most incredible experience I've ever had. Such a unique music festival, my favorite of many. There is nothing else quite like the EDC experience (:

MoMA | Explore is the famous museum in New York, which I have just been there this winter break. It's pretty large and crowded place to visulize arts. There are bunch of art painting, works and structure. It's really a decent place to visit if you feel you are kind of into arts. From the website, there are couple art works showing and couple of them are quite cool to me. Take your time to explore a bit.

TED, a famous educational or inspiring organization, has couple speeches from artists or scientists about how they feel about the stuff they interested in. With Young-ha Kim's speech "Be an artist, right now", he mentioned couple points we have discussed during the lectures also. He explain his point of view on why being an artist.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn about all that goes into putting on a live concert. From booking and promotion to production and band etiquette, these workshops will introduce you to the world of concert production taught by professionals in the field. Whether you are a musician or a fan, a casual observer or a college professor this will strive to give you a spectrum of knowledge for event planning and production as well as the occasional foray into abstract concepts of sound and light. I have a good friend that was born without the lower portion of one arm from the elbow down. She laughs when people say she can't do this or that...she can type and text faster than I can, and she was an allstar on her high school softball team. The William James Association promotes work service in the arts, environment, education, and community development. Our major concern has been transformative arts experiences in nontraditional settings, working with prisoners, high-risk youth and parolees.

On Sunday, May 4, the Community Center for the Performing Arts hosts an Opening Reception for their exhibit "The Woodmen of the World: Their History and Their Hall" in celebration of Historic Preservation Month. The reception will include an exhibit talk and building tour led by historic preservation specialist Jon Pincus.
