Harmonic Laboratory, Devin the Dude, Ants on a Melon, Light at Play & Aerial Silks transform the stunning Silva Concert Hall into an epic costume party showcasing hundreds of Oregon's finest artists from all different backgrounds including dance, visual arts and interactive media.
