"Here is a great resource I have recently stumbled upon and never had the chance to share it here till this evening. A Questioning Toolkit is a comprehensive guide to help teachers, educators, and curriculum designers better integrate the power of questions in learning and instruction. This resource contains a plethora of question types with explanations on each of these types together with examples and tips on how to use each of them. I have gone through the materials presented in this guide and I must say that it is really a treasure trove of educational insights for immediate application in classrooms."
"Blended learning is one of the most important learning trends happening in today's classrooms. It's not always called 'blended learning' but make no mistake. It's happening.
That's because blended learning is one of the driving forces of educational change right now. It's a big way schools are integrating education technology, trying out new learning techniques, rewriting curricula, and more.
In order to sound like you know what you're talking about, it might be useful to take a look at this visual guide to blended learning. It's a step-by-step guide that tells you the what, why, and how of everything blended."
"Kudos-you want to start a blog for your class! Now comes the fun part: setting it up. While a blog is something that evolves and grows over time, you need to create a solid foundation to build on. However, finding resources to guide you through the process can be time consuming and frustrating. Instead of sifting through dozens of articles about what platform to choose and what you should blog about, use this one, simple guide."
"If you aren't using Twitter, chances are that you're reluctant to adopt new technology. Or maybe you've used Twitter for years to keep up with friends but now want to use it in the classroom. Either way, you might be hesitant to ask colleagues for help. Fear not. We'll guide you through the Twitter landscape and show you how to find the best educational resources for both yourself and your students."

Being able to take and send a screenshot is also helpful when you're trying to explain a problem to your tech support person. Here's a short guide to taking screenshots on your iPad, Android tablet, Windows computer, Mac, or Chromebook."
"Toys, games and books can support children's early development of knowledge and skills related to engineering as well as science and mathematics. Reserach has shown many of the toys, games and books that support engineering learning are more often purchased for boys than for girls. Through the Engineering Gift Guide, the INSPIRE Research Institute for Pre-College Engineering is raising public awareness of the many toys, games and books that promote engineering learning and are fun for both boys and girls."
