Hello,

I have a few followers that I have no idea who they are and I'd like to remove. Can you please tell me how to do so? I've been using Diigo pretty much since it started and would hate to leave because of privacy issues. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks SO much in advance!

What did you export to (I mean, what program or service?). I tried that but FF wouldn't let me import it. Also tried CSV. So I've been having trouble finding a program/service that will read either RSS or CSV.

I want to use Diigo to save bookmarks from within Opera. Problem is, the Diigolet fails to save the bookmarks every single time. I can't figure out a reason. I'm signed in and everything looks OK.

In addition, I'm wondering if I use a Diigolet to save bookmarks (when it's working, of course) if it will automatically save to my other accounts as it does in the Firefox toolbar?

Hello,

One of my fav features of Diigo was the cache feature which prevented "url rot" when a bookmark is no longer usable because the website has been changed. I loved that I could still get to the information even though the page would be gone. However, I was trying to find a bookmarked page tonight that was now a bad link and noticed that there are no options now to view a cached page. Can anyone please tell me what's going on with that? I'd really appreciate it!!

Thanks. It wasn't available for some reason the view I was seeing but I switched to a different page and was able to see the cached link now. Thanks for the reply.

Hi,

Perhaps I'm just too tired or an idiot but I can't seem to find the feature that allows me to search the full text of my bookmarks. I used it all the time especially for those bookmarks that were imported and not fully tagged. Please tell me that I've simply overlooked where it is and that feature hasn't been dropped.

I've been using Diigo (and loving it!) for a looooong time now and find it indispensable. I'm getting familiar with the new features and for the most part, I love V3.

However, there's a different behavior now with the integrated search bar and I can't figure out how to change it or if it's a bug. Every time I search, instead of opening the search as it always has in the current tab, it now opens a new one. So in a matter of a couple of searches I have several additional tabs open which I didn't want. Is there any way to change this or address this issue? It's the only thing so far that I dislike.

Hmmm, that's really a bummer that they didn't make it an option right away instead of simply changing the default behavior - wouldn't have even minded if the new behavior was the default if they gave the option to change it back. I'll just dump the search feature and go back to the built in browser search until they address this.

I agree with you that the left click for same tab opening/middle click for new tab would be great - or making it custom a menu option would be fine as well. To be honest, I couldn't deal with it any more and finally removed the Diigo search tool. I really loved it and do miss it, but at this point, the standard Firefox search bar is working far better for me than the "new improved" Diigo search. Sad really. I hope that they fix the behavior to make it more consistent and add the new options but until then, I can live with what I'm using.

I use diigo all the time and love it! It's great.

However, I'm having some problems with the current Diigo Toolbar for Firefox. I've installed the current latest version (1.0.2007073100) and I'm using the latest version of Firefox as well (2.0.0.6). I'm having some issues with both the search feature and the list of my bookmarks. The search feature is selectively not working. Some of my search sites work fine, while others (such as google, yahoo, and many more) simply switch to my default search engine and won't work at all. I've check them out in the search setup and they're all setup correctly with no changes and they used to work perfectly. Also, when I click my filtered bookmark list, nothing shows up anymore. When I tried to change my tag from "undefined" to just blank, I got a list of 5 bookmarks that aren't even mine.

I'm not sure what's going on. I think it might be an issue with the latest version of Firefox because version 2.0.0.6 just came out a few days ago. I'd really appreciate any help in getting this sorted out and working again.
