Ontario Issued 947 Express Entry Invitations with 350 Cut-off CRS Score As per the latest draw held on August 9, Ontario issued 947 new Express Entry Invitations to the Express Entry Candidates with cut-off Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) Score of as low as 350 through its Human Capital Priorities Stream. The CRS score for this draw ranged from 350 to 439 and Notifications of Interest (NOI) for those who submitted their Express Entry profile between 1st Jan 2018 and 8th Aug 2018 - said Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP). Express entry candidates need to have a job offer in Ontario if targeted in this latest draw. Ontario's Human Capital Priorities Stream allows the OINP to search the candidates from the express entry pool who meet the specific criteria of the stream. These criteria require the express entry candidates to have a CRS score of 400 or above. But this and the draw held on 26th March 2018 have waived the requirement of proficiency in French language and a job offer. A job offer is now not among the requirements of the Human Capital Priorities Stream. 6 out of the 8 draws held this year don't have the requirement of a job offer.
