this article talks about Russia and US's deal and how its going to take a long time to actually seize and destroy all of Syria's chemical weapons because we can only destroy what they tell us they have.

There are a lot of other really interesting points raised about the challenges of these goals and Bashar's calling of the rebels terrorists and the blurring lines of who has chemical weapons. 1000 tons is a lot of weaponry to dispose of and how can the international community actually believe that this is all of the weapons. What about the rebel who feels all the international community cares about is chemical weapons? Are they right?

It will be good to see what the more recent regulations and how to enforce them was discussed this week.

The Obama Administration and the EPA have officially announced their intent to cut current coal power plant carbon emissions by forty percent. Experts in the field of power production say that these new regulations are impossible to achieve without extremely expensive prototype-based carbon capture technology. These new regulations will certainly have a huge impact on the cost of electricity in the coming years.
