Summarize: The main points of this website are different for each chapter. Each book chapter has many online activities to help you cement the Spanish into your brain. The purpose of this website is to practice Spanish through a series of different activities; depending on which lesson that you are on there are certain practices that you can do. There are also many topics depending on the lesson that you are working on practicing, for example in lesson 5A: birthdays and families are the two things to study. This lesson is all about teaching people how to talk about specific family members, how old they are and what things you would see/ have at a party. This website includes lots of information on speaking Spanish. If you are interested in culture that I would look elsewhere, but if you have a Realidad's book along with the book codes found in each lesson, than this is a very practical website for studying and practicing your vocabulary. Review and access: Phschool is a super useful source when studying or practicing. There is a test preparation for each lesson and I use it to see if I have understood all the vocab in each chapter. Other sources haven't been as helpful to me, because they don't follow the Realidad's lessons exactly and don't have all the concepts in our chapters. The information given is definitely reliable because it goes along with a Spanish textbook that our Spanish teacher from Spain recommends using to study. I would recommend this website to anyone who is learning Spanish, because it has helped me learn mine. In the beginning of the lesson everything is fairly easy and as you work your way through the practice the Spanish gets harder until you eventually get to the test preparation. In preparation for the ACT, I have been studying with Spark Notes. Not only does the website gives you tips on how to take the test, but it gives you some practice questions too. My goal is to strengthen my score on the English component of the ACT, and so I have been focusing on the English practice problems. They also have a free practice test as well, which was nice because all of the other study guides for ACT/SAT are not free. Hopefully studying with this tool will increase my standardized testing score.

SAT Question of the day was such a great tool! Studying for something like the SAT is stressful, and sometimes you just avoid it all together because you don't know how to go about it! Believe me, I did...until I found this source! SAT Question of the day works in two ways; you can have the site email you one practice question a day, or you can go on the the College Board SAT site and do a question (or many questions) each day! I found this to be a very laid back, effective, and organized way to study for the SATs. I highly recommend using this source!

Steven Zhou is an exchange student here at Mt. Abe from China. He's extremely friendly and happy to speak Mandarin Chinese with anyone who asks. Since he's in a couple of my classes, I've had the chance to practice some of the Mandarin I've learned through Rosetta Stone. Most of the time our conversations are very short, because I am not very advanced in Mandarin and cannot carry conversations much longer than a few sentences of exchange, but every time we talk it helps me to improve my confidence in speaking Mandarin Chinese. I would really recommend to anyone who wants to practice Mandarin to speak to Steven. He's very friendly and he's more than happy to help you out with conversational speaking.

This is a great site to test your knowlege when preparing for the test. It gives multiple practice questions on any subject. It even gives you suggetions on how to figure out the right answer.

I used this source to help me get ideas for hard candy recipes, particularly older styles of hard candy like lollipops and barley sugar candy, so that I could try making some new types of candy. The author talks not only about the recipe, but about the crucial steps that you have to take to make the candy come out the way that you want it to. I did not see anything like this on most of the other recipes that I looked at. I would highly recommend this to someone who has cooked candy before. I would recommend having practice in the art of cooking candy before attempting any of these recipes.

Analyzing an artist's work means studying the elements that make up an artwork. I like this site because it gave me good information and questions that I can ask about a artist work to analyze it in depth.

I watched the video produced by Daniel Snyder on how to safely do the Coleman Slide which is a slide to reduce speed. The video had sections made in slow motion so that I could specifically understand what to do during the slide. I know a little bit about the Coleman Slide and I thought that this video clearly explained the steps. This video would be helpful for beginner longboarders because it is taped step by step. This was a useful resource because it taught me how to do the Coleman Slide. I have seen the Coleman Slide in videos but I have never practiced the move. I searched out this video because I wanted to learn how to do the slide. I liked the way this video explained the steps and I would search for other videos by this person in the future.I would recommend this site to other people because the video was very clear.

Over the years, students have enjoyed using this book. It is very practical, has many pictures, and can guide you to do-it-yourself set-ups.

I have always been a lesser putter, and I can identify that as my main problem. This link shows how I can become a better putter and help me down the line.
