"The collapse of SVB was the second-largest bank failure in the history of the United States. The largest, Washington Mutual in 2008, took place over the course of eight months. SVB's collapse played out in barely two days. Anxious Twitter posts and WhatsApp exchanges, coupled with the ease of access that online banking provides, are seen by analysts as a serious catalyst for the current crisis. Experts suggest that in the social media age, the psychological behaviour behind a bank run - mass fear from depositors of losing their savings - may be amplified and go viral quicker than bank officers and regulators can successfully respond."

Data visibility is an important aspect to achieve the highest potential of the healthcare system for all. Right now most countries are still stuck with a decentralised set of data or no digitalisation at all. This leads to harder distribution and stocking of resources, using supply-chains and making decisions, this also includes every form of system with a high population and research. There are 4 factors in achieving data visibility. Stakeholder commitment, road map to digitalisation, data capability and interoperability.

The Canadian office of primary commissioner stated the changes in the privacy policies, especially after 9-11 when the privacy laws were looked past to concentrate on the gathering of information to reduce terrorism in the US and Canada with no real results. However, this problem has been tackled in Canada and stated that they "believe that Canadians deserve federal privacy laws based on rights. The incorporation of a rights-based framework in our privacy laws would help support responsible innovation and foster trust in government, giving people confidence to fully participate in the digital age."

Just because you find your data boring yourself, this does not have to be true for everyone else. Data is worth a lot in the right hands and nothing in the wrong ones. Money is worth the same to everyone, data varies in value depending on whether the person who has it is able to merge, match, cluster, compare it.

This discrepancy has made it relatively easy to connect an anonymous line of data to a specific person: if a private detective is searching for someone in New York City and knows the subject is male, is 30 to 35 years old and has diabetes, the sleuth would not be able to deduce the man's name-but could likely do so quite easily if he or she also knows the target's birthday, number of children, zip code, employer and car model.

"Although disinformation has been extensively discussed as a powerful weapon employed by state and non-state actors, especially given the quick rise of AI tools capable of generating fabricated texts, sounds, and moving or still images,"

"The specific engineering of ChatGPT has made it quite compelling. But ultimately (at least until it can use outside tools) ChatGPT is "merely" pulling out some "coherent thread of text" from the "statistics of conventional wisdom" that it's accumulated. But it's amazing how human-like the results are. And as I've discussed, this suggests something that's at least scientifically very important: that human language (and the patterns of thinking behind it) are somehow simpler and more "law like" in their structure than we thought. ChatGPT has implicitly discovered it. But we can potentially explicitly expose it, with semantic grammar, computational language, etc."
