This article was an interview with Susan Smalley, Ph.D., is a professor in the department of psychiatry and biobehavioral sciences at the University of California, Los Angeles, Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior and director of its Mindful Awareness Research Center.
How this influenced my thinking: I was fascinated to find out about some of the environmental factors that show increased lecels of ADHD.

How This Influenced My Thinking: It emphasized an important point for me, which was "attachments were most likely to form with those who responded accurately to the baby's signals, not the person they spent most time with."
