    This is a video that uses Disney movie lines to explain what fair use and copyright is.  I could see this catching the attention of students and making what is a very dry subject fun for the students.  I really like this and really would help this stick with students.

    One of the more unfortunate buzzwords to appear in online education circles and the press is "flipping the classroom". .. The students watch the videos for homework, freeing up the lesson for interactivity, project work and so on. I not impressed with this brilliant "new" idea. Why not?

Most employers do not want employees who hate their work but persist through it anyway. It is a fallacy to believe that we are teaching our kids that the heart of innovative capability (and therefore their future job prospects) is best served by doing something you hate for an extended period of time no matter the consequences.
  • But I have to focus on what will get them work, even if that will hurt them, society, the companies that hire them and everyone around them.
