Anybody else having problems with the autocomplete not working when adding tags when bookmarking a page? Usually a selection of tags starts appearing as soon as I type the first letter.

Is there a way to turn off the "recommended tags" function in the bookmark window? They take forever to load and are totally useless 90% of the time.
