The first couple of days I used diigo, all the features looked great, now I'm having issues. When I hi-light text, the text will save, but it will not show up as hi-lighted on the web page it self. It use to do that quite well, but now does not. When I visit pages that I previously hi-lighted, no hi-lights appear, this makes it challenging to figure out where my notes are in the text, the whole point of this program. Also when I was first using the hi-light feature, the text saved would show in order as in 1,2,3,4... Now the hi-lighted features are saving in the order of most recently hi-lighted- ...4,3,2,1. This is kind of confusing when going back to notes. I really want to use diigo as my main bookmarking and annotation site, but it doesn't seem to be working quite as well as when I first tried it I am using the FF V3 on a Mac OS X 10.2.

Looks like the issue is resolved.

Disorderly appearance (unpredictable order) is a fairly common issue that seems to come and go.

    Reverse order is another issue.

Extracted annotations are presented in the wrong order (2008-12-20)

highlights, sticky notes and page comments are disorderly, sometimes reversed (2009-01-12)

highlights/annotations lost and/or failing to appear and/or duplicated as a result of failure to appear (2009-07-08)
