Cameron's film has its moments, but in truth I only liked it for the chance it gave me to see a great old ocean liner brought to life again on screen. In "A Night To Remember", the effects are not nearly so impressive, but the story is far better. It's very much in the style of a docudrama, but its a docudrama about one of the most fascinating and enduring stories in... Read the full review › Published on December 9, 2002 by Darren B. National Envelope-Amazon Review on Springhill Envelope 3211 Internet Blvd. Suite 200 Frisco, TX 75034 Tel: 972-731-1100 Fax: 972-731-1127 http://www.nationalenvelope.com sales@natenv.com Personal review on amazon products for sale on springhill gold A-2 envelope. Actually, I was not expecting much from products I purchase online because of past experiences where the shipped items were not at all what they are advertised to be. Like the other set of envelopes I ordered from another brand last month which arrived quickly but were pretty much useless to me - every single one of them has a damage. That's when I became conscious of getting the highest quality in everything (because money is involved). When I ordered from Amazon.com this Springhill gold A-2 envelope and it arrived the other day, I immediately inspected it for any signs of damage but I was pleased that there's none. What's more, it really looks very classy and fits my purpose of using it in sending out invitations for an important event. I am almost certain that I will convey a great impression to the receiver because of the quality of the envelope I use. I expected it to do good in laser and inkjet printing and it didn't let me down. The ink does not smear and dries quite easily. I have even tried to do offset printing on it and it worked nicely! The gold color looks great on the pearly white paper I used for the content. Another good thing about this Springhill Gold envelope is that it is acid- and lignin-free. That means even if you print an image or a logo on it, it won't readily fade. (Plus, the whole thing is made by NE OPCO Inc DBA National from recycled with 30% post-consumer fiber - a green factor which kinda makes you feel good when buying a product.) Amazon.com has Springhill Gold A-2 Envelopes in stock pretty much everyday and they are perfect for business correspondence, announcements, invitations or even for personal use. If you need it for bulk use, each

Springhill Care Group : Can you choose your own term mortgage? 10April 2012 - SpringhillCare - SlideShare - People are relying on mortgage in order to buy their own house. Investing in a house is considered to be the biggest financial commitment one can ever make. Therefore, it will be beneficial for the consumer if you could choose your own mortgage term. Before you apply for a mortgage loan make sure that you take help of a loan mortgage calculator to calculate your monthly payment. This will help you determine the mortgage loan that you can afford to take out. When a borrower chooses his own term mortgage then it will be easier for him to pay off the owed amount without a single default Quicken loan offers "YOURmortgage" where the consumers will determine the length of the mortgage where you can choose the term between 8 to 30 years. Therefore, if you are not keen to apply for a standard 30 or 15-year term then refinancing your mortgage into an 18-year fixed or a 24-year fixed loan can be beneficial for you. If your loan term is short then interest rate will be comparatively lower, thereby you can save considerable amount of money.  If you take out 15 years fixed term mortgage then the interest rate will be lower than 30 years fixed term mortgage. So you can save considerable amount of money with a shorter term as less interest will be paid over a shorter amount of time. In shorter term mortgage you pay less as the loan amortizes faster. But remember that the monthly mortgage will be higher if your loan term is shorter. So this is considered to be a drawback of this mortgage program. Reason behind choosing your own mortgage term: You can choose your own mortgage term in accordance with your budget. This will help you avoid burning a hole in your pocket while paying back the owed amount. You can set your mortgage term according to age you plan to retire. Indian PM asks Norwegian counterpart to find amicable solution to NRI kids custody row - 0 views

  •
SpringhillCareGroup -Seoul (South Korea), Mar.27 (ANI): Visiting Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has asked his Norwegian counterpart Jens Stoltenberg to find an "amicable and good" solution to the NRI kids custody row, especially with a focus on keeping the welfare of the children and the interest of the parents in mind". Singh conveyed this message to Stoltenberg on Monday on the sidelines of the nuclear security summit being held here. Singh reportedly explained to Stoltenberg the importance of family ties in Indian culture, and expressed the hope that the outcome would be positive and within the ambit of the law, besides being in the interest of the parents and their children. Foreign Secretary Ranjan Mathai told media after the bilateral meeting: "The Norwegian Prime Minister also made a reference to the ongoing case relating to the two Indian children, and explained that this was the matter before the Municipality of Stavanger, as well as the local court, and that the interest of the children, as well as concerns of the parents, would sought to be addressed in whatever solution is found." Abhigyan, three, and Aishwarya, one, were placed in foster care by the Norwegian child welfare authorities in May last year, and ever since, the battle for the release of the two kids has been going on. In fact, External Affairs Minister S.M.Krishna had last month sent Secretary (West) M.Ganapathy to settle the matter. However, the custody row has taken a turn for the worse with the Norwegian authorities saying last week that they were not going to hand over the kids to their uncle in view of the "conflicts" in the family. The statement followed reports of differences between the parents-Anurup and Sagarika Bhhatacharya. The two prime ministers also reportedly discussed the impact of the Indian court verdicts on the 2G scam cases. The future presence of Norwegian telecom giant Telenor, which has multi-billion dollar investments in India, hangs in the balance fo

Tumblr- Springhill Care Group : All eyes on Foxconn inspection - 0 views

Foxconn Technology, one of the largest electronics manufacturers in the world and the center of the recent Apple labor scandal, has announced on Saturday that it will reduce overtime and increase wages in their factories. Foxconn's announcement that they will increase wages up to 25% (which is about USD 400 a month) came after they have been put in the spotlight for the bad working conditions on its factories. Factories depend on the workers being present for 6-7 days per week, sometimes for as long as fourteen hours each day. Their workers welcomed the announcement on overtime limits and raises but some are understandably skeptical if it would be realized. In order to satisfy their critics, Apple hired a labor group to inspect the factories they work with. Fair Labor Association, a watchdog for working conditions has reportedly found 'tons of issues' in the Foxconn plan in Shenzhen, China. The FLA monitoring team composed of 30 members is set to interview 35,000 randomly picked employees of Foxconn. A premature pronouncement from a member of the monitoring team sparked outrage - that he issued assessments already even before workers have been interviewed should have no room in the official conclusion. It is amazing how someone in the inspection group could conclude positively with only a hosted tour of the plant as his basis. He even said that the Foxconn plant is one of the best ones in the country. In reality, alleged violations could be very difficult to detect during an inspection because the owner will be forwarned and can promptly arrange a cover-up. Foxconn is one of China's biggest employers, with 1.2 million workers housed in room with boiler near their factories. They assemble around 40% of the total amount of electronic devices sold worldwide. Apart from Apple, their clients include Toshiba, IBM, HP, Sony, Dell and others. According to a recent government report, this year's shortage in labor is worse than those i

(1888PressRelease) Uncovering medicare scams latest news articles for general public to use. U.S. Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, R-Miami, has reintroduced legislation that would double the amount of fines and incarceration for people in prison for Medicare fraud/scam. It also creates a new criminal offense punishable with a 10 year minimum sentence for those who intentionally sell or distribute the ID numbers of Medicare beneficiaries. According to the Springhill Group, the legislation also bars those who have been part of Medicare dupery in the past from billing Medicare if they switch companies. It also facilitates real-time information sharing among law enforcement agencies to aid in uncovering and dismantling Medicare scams. "South Florida has been known as the epicenter of Medicare dupery for years," she said. "It is time we took the fight to those who seek to defraud Medicare and prey on our most vulnerable citizens. This bill not only raises the penalties for those who engage in Medicare fraud, but also sets up a pro-active paradigm that will help stem the tide of abuse in South Florida and across the nation."The bill takes particular aim at Medicare theft in Miami-Dade County, widely regarded as the nation's capital of healthcare dupery. Medicare dupery in South Florida costs taxpayers between $3 billion and $4 billion every year, according to law enforcement and healthcare officials. Nationwide, Medicare and other healthcare fraud is estimated to cost $68 billion each in very year. http://springhillmedgroup.com Springhill Group | Redgage » Making healthy choices, Living healthy life%u2026.. A Scam! - Review of Springhill Suites Houston Medical Center/Reliant Park, Houston, TX ... - 0 views

First, we asked for three days in a row for the drain in the bath/shower to be unclogged, which was never done. Standing in inches of water while taking a shower is not my idea of fun. Much worse however, was the scam the hotel seems to be running regarding taxis and car service. The last night of my stay, I requested an early morning cab to go to the airport. I was told it would be taken care of. Shortly after, the front desk called my room, asking if I wouldn't prefer a town car. I was told this was suggested because the cab drivers had been adding extra distance to rides to drive up the cost of the fare. Since I had taken a cab from the airport to the hotel, I had a sense of the cost, and felt confident that I could be firm with the cab driver, especially since the cost of the town car was quoted at $10 more. The next morning, I showed up in the lobby at 4:45 am for my cab. The person at the desk informed me that no cab had been called, that 'cabs don't work that way' here, and strongly suggested (again) that a town car be called, since that was the only way to be sure of a quick arrival. The price this person quoted me was now $5 more than a cab ride, and feeling desperate, I agreed. Once in the town car, I asked the driver if there was any arrangement with the hotel to pass along part of the fare to the hotel. He acknowledged that there was. I believe this is reprehensible. I should add that the three times I took a regular cab in Houston, the service was prompt and pleasant.Stayed July 2008 "Business trip to Houston" - Rooms are nice and clean, b

SOUTH GROUP SPRINGHILL KOREA: China, Korea linked to pill scam | Bangkok Post: news | D... - 0 views

  •
The move came after the Department of Special Investigation (DSI) obtained information that a Thai company had struck a deal to buy 10 billion pseudoephedrine-based cold tablets from a Chinese firm. Previously, the DSI obtained information that the firm also signed a deal to buy 850 million tablets, or 40 tonnes of the medicine, from South Korea. The DSI found that 87 million cold tablets were transported into Thailand from South Korea by plane on nine occasions since 2010. They had false air cargo manifests to avoid attracting attention from the authorities. The DSI suspected the medicines were smuggled in from South Korea. The DSI is investigating two companies suspected of being involved in the smuggling of the pills from overseas. The companies are UTAC Thai Co Ltd, a supplier of integrated circuits, and TVR Group Co Ltd, a car dealer and vehicle hire firm. Some information relating to the drug purchases was uncovered at the companies during recent searches of their premises but the firms denied any involvement. Mr Tarit said yesterday DSI officials also discovered a contract to buy 10 billion pseudoephedrine-based cold tablets from China during the search at UTAC Thai Co Ltd. Under the contract, the first batch of 2 million tablets was to have been shipped to Thailand on July 31, 2009. He said the DSI also found a photo showing a man collecting the pills from Suvarnabhumi airport cargo warehouse. The cold tablets from China and South Korea have the same brand name of COLCOLCO, he said. Mr Tarit said DSI officials also searched the company's factory but there was nothing amiss. However, it was found that the company had three South Korean executives and one Thai executive, Mr Tarit said. He said the Korean Food and Drug Administration recently sent information regarding the nine shipments of pills which showed the contract to buy the cold tablets from South Korean was signed by UTAC Thai Co. Mr Tarit
