Simplest Homemade Beer - 1 views

  •
This website has a lot of useful articles for sustainable living, but this one is a great starting point for my roommate and I. Sounds crazy, but we actually plan on making our own beer once we get the materials together. This site (along with others) will give us the basics we need to get our operation off the ground. Our first batch probably won't taste very good.
  •
It is actually pretty easy to brew. If you can brew a teabag you can brew beer. Its a bit more involved and a lot of trial and error but way worth it! Good luck

Shoes are hurting our feet! - 0 views

  •
I prefer being barefoot to wearing shoes. This article takes the shoes/no shoes controversy and turns it around, so that instead of saying barefoot is better simply because it is more natural, but also saying that shoes are damaging our feet.
  •
I love barefoot running, great choice.

  •
Adventure racing is a series of activities that you and your teammates do together, in succession, to get from A to B. For instance, you might mountain bike a bit, then raft, then climb, then run / trek, then orienteering (with map and compass- not a GPS.) The fastest teams laugh a lot and share the navigation. \n
  •
I've always wanted to do an adventure race!
