This is a great website that provides free sheet music for various instruments as well as music theory lessons. For private piano lessons, I search for classical and popular sheet music. There is sheet music for levels ranging from 1 (easy) to 5 (most advanced). The score arrangements appear to be suitable for beginners. The arrangements also make it an easy transition for when students are ready to learn to original scores.

This app allows people to create and record their own acapella arrangements. There is also a collaboration feature that allows you to create arrangements with friends.

This page provides a list of repertoire that is suitable for young bands. Along with the titles, arrangers and publisher, it provides a brief description as well as length of piece. This is a great resource with young bands wanting to play higher level repertoire. 

This PDF list of standard repertoire for intermediate bands includes composer, title, difficulty level, and description about the primary thematic and musical concepts of each piece.

This article discusses the various types of licenses and permissions needed to be compliant with copyright law, specifically geared toward show choirs. Information like this is important to know as a choir director so that you can ensure that the music you are performing isn't infringing on any laws. It also protects your school/organization from unwanted (and often hefty) fines.

There are literally hundreds of websites that offer free sheet music and a large percentage (not ALL) of the titles are also copyright-free so you can arrange, transpose or transform the original to your heart's content.

This is where I go when I needed the latest smash hit and it has not yet been arranged for SATB or choirs. I love this site because you can now get digital copies of the music and use it with iPad programs like FourScore to play off of in concerts. No more binders full of sheet music and papers flying everywhere! This site really is a music teacher's best friend!

Musicnotes is a sheet music downloading website that includes classical and popular titles in a variety of arrangements. Many titles can be transposed, allowing teachers to choose keys that fit their students' instruments, ranges and levels of development. 

This is a groundbreaking trio of apps: NotateMe, which converts handwritten music into printed notation; PhotoScore, which converts PDF scores to notation; and AudioScore, which converst Mp3 and CD tracks to Notation. These apps will allow music teachers to quickly create and arrange music for their music classes and lessons!

This is another great resource for purchasing sheet music and seeing what the latest arrangements for popular music and classics. This site is one of the most up to date that I have encountered.

This is a wonderful website for music teacher to purchase sheet music. There is sheet music available for all types of ensembles or solo, duets, and small groups. This site stays up to date with the latest popular music and modern arrangements.

MagicMusicTutor.com has some really good materials available for free. I have had particular success with the free song arrangements for boomwhackers. There are also tutorial videos, music theory worksheets, virtual instruments, classroom ideas, guitar tutorials, a MIDI song library, and the site admin accepts requests for new materials.

Specific Musical Content: This webpage contains the chord progressions of over 5,000 songs. The original song can be played as well as just the chord progression on a piano. Each song can be transposed into different keys and modes while preserving sonic relationships. Theory Tab also can display the chords being played on a piano keyboard or a Guitar Fretboard. Other Information: This could be a great resource for any composition units, as well as for directors looking to incorporate popular music, or arrange popular tunes for their ensembles.
